In 2023, the Coleman family, our team, and the East Texas community lost a truly extraordinary man. After a courageous and dignified battle with cancer, Jimmy Coleman—the original founder of Coleman Gutters—passed away, leaving behind a legacy of hard work, unconditional love, and unwavering integrity.

To the world, Jimmy was a master craftsman and the visionary who laid the very first foundation of Coleman Gutters. But to those who knew him best, he was so much more: a devoted husband, a proud and guiding father, a loyal brother, and a cherished son.
A Lifetime of Dedication & Service
Jimmy built Coleman Gutters from the ground up with a simple, timeless philosophy: Do honest work, treat your customers like neighbors, and build things that stand the test of time. Whether he was working under the hot East Texas sun, offering a helping hand to a friend in need, or sharing wisdom over a quiet evening at home, Jimmy operated with a heart of service. His grit, determination, and warm smile earned him the respect of everyone he met across Upshur County and beyond.
Of all the titles Jimmy held throughout his life, none brought him greater joy than being a father. He passed down not only his trade secrets and sharp work ethic to his son, Nic Coleman, but also the core values that define the Coleman name today: honor, family, and resilience.

Watching Nic carry the torch and grow Coleman Gutters into what it is today was one of Jimmy's proudest achievements. Every seamless gutter installed, every customer served, and every promise kept remains a direct reflection of the lessons Jimmy taught.
